Supervise, develop and support the Fellowship Kids (FK) staff team and volunteer leaders to meaningfully and effectively carry out their work in the church, while overseeing this ministry’s pursuit and fulfillment of the church’s Vision Frame and Horizon Storyline.
Oversee and manage all ministry opportunities, especially the weekly Sunday morning gathering, so that children’s ministry runs smoothly, safely, effectively, and efficiently.
Live out the mission of the church by partnering with parents to disciple children and ensure that all volunteers and staff are challenged and cared for by this ministry.
To perform administrative duties for and otherwise assist executive leadership at Fellowship Bible Church Dallas. Responsibilities include, without limitation, screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; training and coordinating other administrative support staff. Duties performed require considerable confidentiality, discernment, and robust communication skills both written and oral. This position requires leadership qualities such as adaptability, flexibility, dependability, and accountability. Much of the work is self-appointed and requires a high degree of professional independence, initiative, and self-discipline. Strong computer and internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, church members, and outside guests.
