Working On Purpose
At Fellowship Dallas, we’re passionate about helping people discover and live out their God-given purpose in Christ every day, and that begins with our staff. That’s why we invest in every employee, full-time or part-time. In addition to professional development to help you excel in your role, we’ll also guide you through Younique, a Gospel-centered life plan that will help you more fully know your individual purpose and calling.
Let’s sweeten the deal
Benefits & Culture
Fellowship Dallas employees have access to benefits like sponsored medical and dental plans, retirement, and supplemental insurance.
Work is important, but it’s not everything. We value healthy boundaries so you can be with your family and make the most of your off days.
2020 taught us how to be flexible, and we’ve kept our hybrid work schedule ever since. Employees work in office M-W and can work remotely on Thursdays.
Hear from our current employees
Fellowship is my second home and the people here are like family. The balance of grace and truth in our relationships as we call each other to live out our God-given purpose has helped me grow up in my faith and connect more intentionally with others. I love doing life together with our church family.
When approached with the opportunity to move from Atlanta to Dallas, the thing that stood out to me and my family was that Fellowship Dallas is a church with a specific mission that resonates deeply with me.
Every person on this team is working to participate in what God is doing in the world and to live into that daily, and I’m so excited to be part of this team!
You know the saying, “It’s not work when you love what you do”? That is genuinely how I feel working at Fellowship. I am encouraged to care for others as part of my job. I am valued for my unique skills. And, I have the honor of having amazing coworkers that also shepherd me in my walk with Christ.
Worship Coordinator • Part-Time
The Worship Coordinator position requires a passion for details, people, music, and Jesus. The ideal candidate is someone with a vocal and/or instrumental background who desires to use those giftings for the church, but who also loves the taking care of the details. This person will help build resources for a growing worship team, foster a deeper community within the team through team meetings, get-togethers, and hangouts, and will also assist with new volunteers and paid musicians.
