Leadership Update

Leadership Update

Dear Covenant Members,

I am reaching out to share a key staff change to the leadership team at Fellowship. Caleb Panter has made the difficult decision to resign from his position as Vision and Development Pastor. Caleb and his wife Addi reached this conclusion together following three significant, yet challenging years of ministry and leadership. They feel it is time to step away to pursue obedience in other areas God has gifted them for Kingdom service.

The Elder board is eternally grateful for the ways Caleb stepped in to lead following Kurt’s departure. When we asked Kurt to step down in late 2022 there was a leadership vacuum on the staff team. Caleb willingly and ably stepped in to serve our church and our staff during that transition. Caleb did excellent work invigorating our staff for ministry service to the Lord and His bride the Church. He stepped into the pulpit faithfully when called upon and led strategically in response to needs for a leaner operating budget. Caleb faced these challenges head-on with focus and determination. Additionally, we cannot properly recognize Caleb’s contributions without honoring Caleb’s wife Addi. She has served faithfully on the worship team and for many church events as a lead vocalist. She has a gift for drawing God’s people to worship using her beautiful voice!

Caleb’s visionary and apostolic giftings will be missed, however we are confident God has great things in store for the Panter family. We will bless and celebrate them during our worship service on Sunday, April 14.

Please join us in expressing your thankfulness to Caleb and Addi for serving faithfully at Fellowship! They will be missed!
