Fellowship Kids

Welcome to Fellowship Kids!

At Fellowship Kids, we are passionate about creating an environment where your kids will feel safe and cared for, have a ton of fun, and begin to build a foundation on Jesus as they learn the basic truths of Scripture. It is our desire that that your kids feel like Fellowship Kids is home.

Our Kids’ Environments

The Ark (Birth through Pre-K)

Children under the age of two will be nurtured and cared for by our loving and carefully screened volunteers. Children two years through Pre-K will engage with friends through play and experience engaging and active Bible learning together in our Ark Theater Large Group.

Treetop (Kindergarten through 3rd Grade)

Children in Kindergarten through 3rd grade will gather in small groups where they’ll meet new friends for fun activities to enhance what they learn in large group.  In Treetop Theater (large group), they’ll gather for engaging lessons that teach Biblical truth, active worship, and interactive games that get their blood pumping and their minds and hearts focused on Jesus.

Route 45 (4th and 5th Grade)

Similar to Treetop, children in 4th and 5th grade will gather in their own age-appropriate “youth group” style space for foosball, basketball, and other preteen-approved activities. For large group, their Bible lessons are interactive and built on a foundation of Biblical truth that creates deeper thinking for this age group. They end their morning with small groups that foster deeper discussion about the Bible truths they are learning.

Special Needs

Every child is created in the image of God and capable of loving God. We provide a classroom just for our kids with Special Needs, that is safe and staffed with volunteers who provide appropriate and loving care. For those kids who can be in a typical classroom but just need some one-on-one assistance or a little extra help, we are building our team of buddies. As we continue to grow our volunteer team for Special Needs, it is our goal to care for our students and adults as well. If you would like to bring your child with Special Needs, please complete this Special Needs Intake Form This will allow you to tell us about your child’s unique care needs so that we can care for your child in the best way possible.

Registration and Check-In

To check your child into any of our kids’ areas, visit the New Families Check-In Desk on the first floor. A friendly volunteer will get you checked in and will answer any questions you have.

Snacks

In our Ark we do provide snacks and water in each classroom. If your child has a food sensitivity or allergy, feel free to send your child with their own snack. You are also welcome to send them with their own water bottle if you prefer.

Safety at Fellowship Kids

Your child’s safety is our priority. From check in to check out, every Fellowship Kids ministry team member has been thoroughly vetted and trained to ensure that your child has a safe and fun experience.

Our values

Our Promises to You

We keep kids safe.

Your child’s safety is our priority. Our desire is for your child to be safe and feel safe, so we surround them with loving staff & volunteers who will interact with them at an age-appropriate level. Every child’s name tag is matched to a parent identification number, all volunteers are screened, interviewed, and required to pass a background check. Our rooms are monitored by video surveillance and our leadership is trained in CPR.

We invite kids to belong.

It is always our desire that the kids find Fellowship a place where they feel like they belong and are having a ton of fun learning about God and His Word. Kid-friendly fun is a part of every worship and group experience through energetic worship, interactive activities, live acting and teaching, and relationships with leaders who love them and feel called to share the love of Jesus with kids.  When kids have fun at church, they can’t wait to come back!

We help kids’ faith grow.

We want the Bible to come alive so ultimately the children to have a solid foundation in truth that will lead to faith in Jesus Christ, a love for Him and desire to follow Him.  We want kids to know that they have a God-given purpose that begins with a relationship with their Heavenly Father and grows as they follow Him and recognize their gifts, strengths and have opportunities to serve Him.

We work as a team.

We have a strong team of staff and volunteers who will pour into your child each Sunday… but Monday is coming and you as the parent have the most influence in your child’s life and spiritual development. We value partnering together as a team and resourcing you as parents in the spiritual growth and development of your children.
