Safety Protocols

we’re prepared for you!

Let’s all do our parts! The most helpful way to ensure a safe campus is by your own self-assessment. If you’re feeling ill, have been exposed, or have had a fever in the past 14 days, we ask that you join us online.

Face Coverings

Everyone kindergarten and older will be required to wear a face covering at all times while in the building, even while singing. While we know this isn’t anyone’s preference, we want to show love to our neighbors by being as safe as possible. We will have extra face coverings available at the front doors if you leave home without yours.

Social Distancing

Seating will be every other row with three empty seats between each family unit in the Worship Center and one table per family unit in the Student Center.

Restrooms

We’ll monitor restrooms, making sure they stay under capacity. Every other stall will be blocked off and touchless faucets have already been installed.

Touchless Experience

To limit points of contact, only the North entrance will be unlocked and those doors will be wide open. We’ll also have offering boxes in each venue in lieu of passing the offering. Instead of handing out worship guides, use the Fellowship Dallas app for all the latest info and sermon notes. Additionally, we encourage you to greet each other from a distance instead of handshakes or hugs. Get creative!

Coffee + Water Fountains

During Phase 1, coffee will not be served and water fountains will be turned off. You’re more than welcome to bring a beverage with a lid from home, though!

Sanitization

Our facilities will be deep cleaned during the week and our staff will be cleaning surfaces often on Sundays. Hand sanitizer will also be available throughout the building. We encourage you to sanitize your hands as you enter your worship venue.

Worship Venues

all areas will be set up for safe social distancing

Worship Center

This live venue has seating for up to 230 people. Like all of our venues, members of our Welcome Team will help seat and dismiss you in an orderly way.

Student Center

Our “Family Room” is the perfect place to worship with your whole crew. In addition to the main service live feed, we’ll also have kid-friendly worship and activities to help keep your family engaged. This venue will be hosted by our Kids and Students Teams and is sure to be a good time!

Chapel

This venue will serve as overflow room for up to 50 people in the event that the Worship Center reaches capacity.

Fellowship Hall

This 50-person venue is for anyone who is at a higher risk due to medical conditions or other factors. We’ll set this room up for even greater social distancing so you can be sure you’re safe.
