I was born the youngest of six siblings in Buffalo, NY where my parents raised me with a foundation in the scriptures, a love for learning, and compassion for all people. I accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior at the age of 10 after hearing my father share the Good News expressed in John 3:16. As an adolescent, I engaged formal ministry to youth in the city through Urban Christian Ministries.
I’ve had the honor of serving the children and families of Dallas as an educator for 17 years having founded IGNITE Middle School, a Transformation School in Dallas ISD; in which I also work as the principle.
I enjoy swimming, running with my dogs, reading science fiction, going to the movies, and exploring Dallas restaurants with my wife, Cheryl.
We’ve been part of Fellowship Dallas for 15 years and aside from serving on the Elder Board, my wife and I co-lead a Life Group.
