The Next Gen Pastor provides leadership and oversight for all Next Generation Ministries (birth through grade 12) at Fellowship Dallas, focusing on discipleship, milestone development, and fostering partnerships with parents and families. This role includes managing staff and volunteers, leading Student Ministries, and building relationships to empower kids, teens, parents, and the broader church community.
